The purpose of work - to prove the effectiveness of advanced methods of rheumatic diseases preventive maintenance and treatment in children on the basis of study of a functional condition of a liver, cardiovascular, bone systems and kidneys, research of separate parameters of lipid and mineral metabolism and exchanges in immunity system in dynamics of drug therapy. Were used trivial clinical, biochemical, psychological and instrumental methods of research [the device ВАТ-41, system "FAZAGRAF", device for daily electrocardiogram (ECG) and arterial pressure (AP) - Holter monitoring with the "ARNICA" program]. Received results are trimmed with a method of variational statistics (package " Microsoft Office "). In this research are generalized the prognostication adverse development factors of cardiovascular system (CVS) damage in children with RD. Method of Holter's monitoring of ECG and AP and estimation of ECG in space phase are proved to be 20 % more informative than a standard ECG for diagnostics and dynamic control in children with RD. In 86,9 % patient with RD was revealed the hypersimpaticotonics type of vegetative nervous system's dysfunction with a tense of adaptation mechanisms associated with the CVS's disorders and psychological condition's changes. In children with RD connected with osteoporosis were revealed the changes in biochemical markers of bone tissue that enables to control the efficiency of treatment. On the basis of the carried researches was proved the new therapeutically approaches and the recommendations of preventive measures are prepared for introduction. The work is recognized protectionable. Materials of SRW are published in 55 scientific works, among which 1 manual, 18 clauses, 2 methodical recommendations, 1 informational letter, 4 declaration patents for useful model were received.
