Project aim is developing new non-resonance attachments through electro dispersive liquids, which contain electro-controlled nano-fillers to improve quality of vibration and impact testing electronic articles. This scientific project researches laws of oscillation excitation and distribution in electronic articles while serial testing on vibration stands by various methods. Theoretical research of article dynamics was conducted basing on theory of linear and nonlinear differential equations of excited oscillations with dry friction, elasticity theory, strength of materials, vibrometry. Project results: it has been newly advanced and completed synchronous recording vibrations of separate parts of the vibration stand and appliance, that units to be tested are attached to with, while their vibration and impact tests. The record testified that due to flexibility of separate parts of appliance and the unit their vibrations on some resonance frequencies 10 times exceeded vibrations of the vibration stand and it caused the failure of electronic articles and sometimes even their destruction; the electrostatic attachment using electro-viscous suspension, which allows simultaneous vibration and impact testing the article along its horizontal and vertical axis, has been developed; non-resonance electrostatic attachment using electro-viscous suspension, in which mechanical load transfer coefficient K =1 in frequency diapason from 7 to 3520 Hz, has been developed; metallic electrostatic attachment with conductive base using electro-viscous suspension, what leads to increasing natural frequency and 2 times reducing quantity of electrodes, has been developed; the electrostatic attachment table of the shaker using electro-viscous suspension, which being applied makes possible to skip using any intermediate attaching appliance or essentially reduce its cost, has been developed.
