During the performance: based on analysis of existing scientific approaches to the basic concepts and categories "working capital" and "assets" of the company; the analysis of the main methods of valuation of assets of the enterprise as an integral property complex; defined components of the monetary assets and swam structure and sources of working capital for production efficiency and profitability. Results of research: proposed new system to form the structure of working capital; practical recommendations for companies to implement a system of efficient use of working capital and assets; a complex of measures aimed at improving the efficiency of enterprise assets.
