B., Registration Date 29-01-2013 Organization Khmelnytskiy National University popup.description2 The object of research is the process convert waste PET bottles in polyurethane composites. Coverage is obtained from waste recyclate PET chemical recycling technologies that are considered as the main components of obtaining polyurethanes. The aim of the project is to develop the process of creating new materials based on the use of secondary raw materials (waste). The work is aimed at addressing a number of practical issues: manufacturing polyurethane anticorrosive coatings (paints, dyes); production of heat insulating materials; the manufacture of artificial leather with polyurethane components are the recyclate of PET waste. Used in this work: theoretical research methods, namely, a model reaction glitseroliza waste PET recyclate with synthesis (precursors) of a wide range of applications, the mathematical model of the process of applying thermoplastic film coating on the surfaces of the artificial skin by spraying; empirical methods research - physical-chemical analysis: IR spectroscopy, IKS-29, X-ray analysis. A model of the process of synthesis of PET recyclate from the waste, which are considered as the initial component of manufacturing polyurethane coating and stabilizing parts of clothing. Research results clearly confirm a priori assumption is made about the use of intermediate products derived technology recycling, recycling. The study results to the introduction of light industry in the manufacture of clothing with details of artificial leather, which is necessary to provide dimensional stability, mechanical engineering for the formation of protective coatings; road construction - road markings, in energy - heat insulation foam.
