The purpose of work was development of new technologies and equipment for creation on the external and internal cylindrical surfaces of details of machines of discrete wearproof layers on the basis of combined electro- contact methods of treatment and computer design of capacity of the modified cylindrical tribo connections on the criterion of wear. Research methodology is developed on the base of modern methods and substantive provisions of tribology, thermodynamics, engineering of surface. Approbation of efficiency of the offered technological and designer solutions was conducted by the alpha and operating tests of standards on the standard and offered charts of tests on a wear. As a result of implementation of work the new methods of the discrete work-hardening of cylindrical surfaces are developed by electromechanics treatment and contact electro-cementation of workings surfaces of friction. Development of theory of method of tests of the work-hardened standards is conducted on a chart a "ball cylinder" and got correlation for determination of parameters of twofactor model of wear. On the basis of computer design of the tense-deformed state of the discretely work-hardened surface optimum geometrical descriptions of treatment are got on the criterion of minimization of remaining tensions. The offered technologies of increase of wearproofness of cylindrical sending elements of equipment the combined electromechanics work-hardening enable to increase a repair cycle at maintenance of technological equipment on the average on 10 to 15 %, to reduce expenses on renewal and replacement of supporting and sending cylindrical details of technological equipment.
