The object of study - the culture of stromal cells in the bone marrow of rats ex vivo, in vitro. Purpose - to examine the in vitro characteristics of colony, cytological and ultrastructural features, differential and osteogenetical potential bone marrow stromal cells by removing the gravity load. Research methods - cell culture ex vivo and in vitro, light microscopy, electron microscopy, digital photography, morphometric and statistical analysis using computer programs. Results and novelty: in experiments on rats with the removal of the reference loading on the hind limbs (a period of 1.5 months) to obtain new data for science about sensitivity to gravity bone marrow stromal cells containing MSCs and osteogenic progenitor cells. Found that in the simulated microgravity decreases the number of colony-forming bone marrow stromal cells, reducing their differential, including osteoblastic potency, the induction adipocytogenesis. This is confirmed by electron microscopy studies. Research results are of fundamental importance, bring new understanding of the cellular mechanisms of gravitation sensitivity bone, and can be used to develop test systems for the diagnosis and prediction in traumatology and orthopedics, space medicine.
