HF receiving facilities in northern Scandinavia has been upgraded. Measuringcampaignwith EISCAT heating facility IS radar and HF receiving facilities in Scandinavia and Ukraine was carried from 22 to 24.11.2012. The results were analyzed. The mechanisms of HF signals propagation on radio paths with different lengths as well as their seasonal and diurnal dependences were studied. The dependence of the amplitude of acoustic-gravity waves on wind speed in polar latitudes was calculated. Parameters of ionospheric irregularities in Antarctic region and impact of the Solar Eclipse on total electron content were analyzed using GNSS radio sounding technique.
