The results of continuous annual monitoring of ELF noise, muon flux variations, total electron content in ionosphere, and characteristics of HF signals, as well as current meteorological characteristics, are processed and entered into the electronic database. The receiving ELF complex has been upgraded. Multilevel observations of ionospheric Alfven resonance signals recorded in 2010 are analyzed. The retrospective analysis of data of the FENICS-2009 experiment as respects the ELF signals reception at the IRA NASU LFO is carried out.
