Objective: creation a system for physiology monitoring after health state of different by age and sex people based on experimental data about influence of nitric oxide on adaptive capacity of organism of practically healthy people. Methods: Echocardiography, ultrasound of the heart, occlusion plethysmography, biochemical analysis, test with reactive hyperemia, a submaximal test PWC170, mathematical analysis. Theoretical and practical results, the novelty: first time conducted a comprehensive study of state of the main ways of nitric oxide synthesis, the functional state of the circulatory system, vascular endothelium, physical performance of healthy people of both sexes with different levels of physical fitness. Established, that the trained people and people with different levels of adaptive capacity regardless of their sex, dominant value in necessary nitric oxide level supply has oxidizing constitutive way of transformation of L-arginine with calcium dependence constitutive NO-synthase (first of all endothelial origin) and reparative reutilization way of nitric oxide syntheses with nitrate-reductase and rather high intensity of arginase way metabolism of L-arginine. Established a close correlation between physical performance of organism and parameters of nitric oxide synthesis system state. Scope of the work: the obtained values for the main indices of nitric oxide synthesis system of healthy people of both sexes and with different levels of physical performance can be recommended for practical work of physical diagnostic specialists, sport medicine, human physiology, sport physiology, as a guideline values in the preparation of specialists in the field of biology, medicine, physical education and sport. The resulting materials are not only significant addition to the existing theoretical knowledge, but also provide the basis for creation of scientifically grounded biochemical correction of the process of organism long-term adaptation to different environmental factors, in particular, to the systematic physical stress. Created the system for physiological monitoring of current functional state of the organism, based on a computer program for express-diagnostic of level of functional state of the organism "SHVSM", which significantly increases the efficiency of operational control of the general condition of the organism in a variety of environments.
