It was shown, that the deposition the nanoparticles CdSe on the films of por-GaP gives to the shift of the PL spectrum of the nanoparticles covered superficially active substance (SAS), in short-wave area. It set, that infringement of integrity of a SAS shell of the nanoparticles CdSe gives to formation as a minimum of two fraction of the nanoparticles with the various sizes.
