Purpose: to determine the relationship between pathogenetically substantiated major factor in the postoperative adaptation and deadaptation for congenital heart disease in adults, which are obstructing the health restoration, stimulating the creation of conditions of compensatory and adaptive mechanisms in patients with congenital heart disease.
