Aim is testing of the idea of the hydrogen using as a technological environment for the development of KC25 powder with fine microstructure at low temperature sintering. Industrial ferromagnetic alloy KC25, based Sm2 (Co, Fe, Zr, Cu) 17 on compound was studied. Conditions, composition and crystallographic parameters of the phases, microstructure of powders and sintered pellets, at low temperatures of industrial ferromagnetic alloy KC25 were investigated by means of differential thermal, X-ray phase, electron microscopy, and elemental analyzes. It was experimentally confirmed the possibility of hydrogen-vacuum treatment for low-temperature sintering of anisotropic KC25 alloy powders with fine microstructure. This process consists of two stages: sintering in hydrogen and in a vacuum. In the first stage alloy disproportionate partially and recombine at the second stage. It was shown that the first stage occur at 700-800°C, the second lower than 950°C. After the first and second stages of sintering phase composition and content of the KC25 powders obtained after milling during 20 and 60 min in a hydrogen atmosphere with camera speed 100 and 200 rpm were analyzed. It was found that after the first stage of sintering alloy consists of a of samarium and cobalt hydride mixture with grain size ~ 85-135 nm, and 100-220 nm after the second. The density of the sintered magnets ranges from 62 to 78% of the density of the cast alloy.
