It was proposed to determine the uncnown phase shift after the correlation Pirson's coefficient. The cruiterion of estimation of optimal linear enlargement of surface image has been determined, based on sampling theorem and relief pecularities of nano-rough surface. The method of two-step laser interferometry has been used to determine geometrics of fatigue zone of pre-corruption, zone of plastic deformation and structural-mechanical parameter d* of constructional materials near the round notch. The new method of contactless determination of stress intensity factors КІ, КІІ, coefficients of Wiliams series of higher orders and location of crack tip with high accuracy by means of digital speckle correlation at mixed sample loading at quasi-fragile fracture. That method allows to determine meaned parameters with higher accuracy after stress fields and to compensate partly systematic component of error. The method of adaptive nonlinear digital speckle correlation has been developed, which cinsists in the adaptive segmentation of input images into fragments and their following correlation processing using filter of fractional power. On the base of developed algorythmes of two-step phase shifting interferometry, electronic speckle pattern interferometry and digital speckle pattern correlation, some new methodes have been proposed of the Poisson ratio and coefficients of elasticity determination at the application of bending load to the bar-like samples of metal and composite materials. On the base of modified installation (error ~0,01 %) the influence was studied of small stresses, heat treatment anc cyclic fatigue on the value of elastic hysteresis, residual deformations and effects of micro-strenghting. The cruteria were proposed of materials comparison after hysteresis amplitudes, residual deformations and low-cycle micro-strenghting. Steel 40Х, 45, titanium ВТ1-0, titanium alloy ПТ-3В, Al-alloy Д16, textolite were explored.
