Methods of coherent and component estimation of invariant cross-correlation characteristics were developed. Method of selection of the vibration signal components, that are responses from various defective elements of mechanical system, was elaborated. A stochastic dynamic model of two-dimensional vibration signals from the rolling bearing as a system of non-linear differential equations of the second order with dependent on time coefficients was created. Using the elaborated methods the system solutions were analyzed and it was shown that specific defects are reflected in invariant characteristic structure. The multi-channel vibro-acoustical system "Vector", that guarantees high effectiveness, confirmed by tests in laboratory and on location at the Ukraine's plants, of invariant detection of the rotating mechanisms defects at early stages of their development, was elaborated and manufactured. The structure of the system of multi-channel extraction and processing of signals of rail magnetic non-destructive testing was elaborated, analysis of various factors influence on parameters of signals obtained in the defect area was carried out.
