Current problem state, standards, methodology, frameworks for creation grid environment for scientific applications were investigated. Models, methods, information resources patterns and components of common system Grid servises , typical subsytem for Grid environment were developed as a result of this work. Metodologies for composition application software for Grid environment were elaborated including: specification and using resources, search servises,semantic grid services.Methods for developind grid services using OntoGrid infrastructure were improved and facilities for ontology processing were added. New approaches and means were applied to Grid resource organisation. The prototype of integrated information Grid repository was builded on IPS node of Ucraine Grid.
