The factors promoting development of odontogenny antritis, the pneumatic type of a structure of a maxillary bosom and a low arrangement of a bottom of a bosom (on 6 mm and more below a bottom of a cavity of a nose) are. The most frequent reason of odontogenny antritises is chronic periodontitis in the fifth or seventh teeth of the top jaw. Violation of ventilating and drainage functions natural anastomosis serves VChP as an important link in pathogenesis a chronic odontogenny inflammation. Thus, the system of endoskopichesky surgical treatment of odontogenny antritises is patogenetichny. In common developed system of diagnostics and treatment, including the subsequent stages of rehabilitation (sinuslift, dentalny implantation, orthopedic ways of restoration of chewing function, including orthodontic correction), will open new possibilities and prospects of a comprehensive approach to this problem.
