Aim of research: to improve the quality of diagnostics and efficacy of treatment of biliary CP in patients with obesity. Methods of research: clinical, biochemical, immunoenzyme, radioimmunoassay, instrumental, statistical. Received results: CP on the background of obesity has some peculiarities of clinical, sonographic manifestations. Multinutrient functional complexes (MNFC) 'Grinization' are effective in the treatment. Novelty: peculiarities of clinical manifestations and functional impairment, structural changes of the pancreas with CP in combination with obesity are marked out for the first time. The effectiveness of differentiated treatment of CP in patients with obesity is first proved on the basis of inclusion of MNFC 'Grinization' to the complex therapy according to the type of functional disorders of the pancreas and features of the sonographic manifestations of disease. Implementation: Ukrainian public health services, teaching process at the institutes of higher education.
