Subject of investigation : lethality, character and number of complications at development of endogenous intoxication syndrome at experimental models of traumatic disease (ТD). Purpose od investigation: determination of mechanisms of endogenous at TD and development of fundamentally new scientific conception and pathogenetic direction of correction for decline of lethality and complications. Research novelty: conception of endogenous intoxication syndrome was formed for the first time at ТD, at molecular level co-operation of violations of the neuroimunnoendocrine regulation and manifestation endogenous intoxication syndrome was studied, the pharmacological approach to correction was explored. Results: at research of every model of ТD two groups were distinguished with a favourable and unfavorable end. It was marked that in groups with the favourable end of ТD there was a tendency to the making progress hypotension, exhaustion of the antioxidant system and immunjdepression. In groups with the unfavorable end of ТD in animal with crush-syndrome in pathogenesis of endotoxicosis a leading place is occupied by the accumulation of toxic substances, violation of their elimination and resorptive mechanism, while at craniocerebral trauma - injury of intracellular homoeostasis and oppressing of immunity. In basis of pathogeny of endotoxicosis at a trauma of Кеnnons - a retentional mechanism comes forward into first place. In connection with the nosotropic role of oxidative stress in genesis of endogenous intoxication at a traumatic damage the effects of introduction of preparations were investigational with an antioxidant and by the antihypoxant orientation of different pharmaceutical groups: Quercetinum, Thioctic acid, Lipin, Thiotriazolin, Mexidolum.
