Purpose of the work: development and introduction into clinical practice of the complex diagnostic, therapeutic and rehabilitation measures to improve the results of treatment of children with congenital and acquired surgical diseases of the chest, abdomen, and retroperitoneal space. Results were assessed: the effectiveness of conservative tactics in the liver and spleen injuries in children.
