This will help in understanding the causes and development principles of various systemic disorders as well as in elaboration of complex approach to their timely diagnostics and treatment, and in the detection of the most effective methods of their correction. Stem cell transplantation is a promising way in systemic pathologies' treatment but its influence upon the psychoneuroimmunoendocrine system still needs further elucidation despite the fact that scientists all over the world are trying to solve this problem. In this study, the psychoneuroimmunoendocrine system parameters were investigated in animal models of rheumatoid arthritis and atopic dermatitis, as well as in male and female rats with gonadal deficiency and after exposure to chronical ionising irradiation prior to and after embryonic stem cell transplantation and pharmacological correction in different combinations. The data obtained make clearer the interaction peculiarities of the psychoneuroimmunoendocrine system components in systemic pathology, demonstrate the comparative efficacy of the correction methods used thus favouring the better life quality achievement in the patients.
