The materials of statistic departments of RSIOT and Donetsk's Regional Hospital on lethality of patients with the trauma of pelvis 2008-2010. Information of morphological researches 139 autopsy of polytrauma victims, studied on the department of judicial examination of Donetsk National Medical University Article of research: indexes of central hemodynamic, biochemical, immune and oxygen status of injured, information of clinical picture of flow of traumatic illness of injured and morphological picture of internals for dead patients with the trauma of pelvis. Research purpose: To reduce frequency of complications and level of lethality for patients with the trauma of pelvis by development and introduction of medical technology of conservative and operative treatment of patients with the severe trauma of pelvis, depending on the flow of traumatic illness. Results: to ground testimonies, contra-indications, terms, volume, methods of operative treatment of damages of pelvis, depending on character of flow of traumatic illness. Medical technology of treatment of sick with pelvis trauma is developed depending on the flow of traumatic illness, that allowed to reduce frequency of complications and level of lethality for patients with the trauma of pelvis.
