The purpose of work was development of the system of prophylactic measures of violations of reproductive health of women of genesial age. The retrospective analysis of ambulatory maps is executed 100 expectant mothers which terminated pregnancy on different terms; a complex inspection is 100 women before and after abortion, which appealed to womanish consultation concerning terminating pregnancy, psychological features and state of the adaptation system are studied for women with undesirable pregnancy. Developed and inculcated system of prophylaxis of complications of reproductive health of women, and also mediko-psychological rehabilitation of women after breaking of undesirable pregnancy which included along with the standard complex of measures: individualized selection of facilities of hormonal contraception, fitoterapiyu and psikhokorrekciyu. The use of the offered measures was provided by the decline of level of complications as a result of abortions on 25%, economic charges on treatment on 20 % and, consequently, improvement of quality of life of women of genesial age.
