These dentes have been excluded in patients aged 40-60 for surgical and orthopedic indications. The three-dimensional elastic models of upper premolar in scale 4:1 have been made from optically sensitive material and have been used for photoelasticity analysis. The restorations of 247 dentes of 122 patients aged 37-69 have been employed for clinical trial. The restorations have been researched every other year and in two years.
