We suggested a complex of measures for prognosis of severe preeclampsia which includes determination of homocystein level, individual risk calculation for the complication and prophylaxes. We determined several risk factors for fetal ovum anomalies development: hormonal disorders, chronic infections - genital and other. Reliable decrease of alfa1-P level in women with prenatal fetus death, compared with healthy women allowed considering it informative for reproductive losses prognosis. Prenatal determining of fetuses' Rh-factor in iso-sensitized pregnant women resulted in correct delivery date establishment and shortening of duration of staying in hospital. We also developed algorithm of prophylaxes of complications in pregnant women, suffering from chronic kidneys inflammation and anemia of medium or hard severity, based upon estimation of erythropoietin blood level.
