A research objective - mathematical and physical modelling of a fitures of generation and propagation of surface gravity waves, their transformations in a coastal zone over an arbitrary bottom, and also their reflexion, diffraction and interference near hydraulic engineering buildings of complicated geometry taking into account permeability and erosion effects for protection and rational use of resources of a coastal zone, optimisation of engineering methods of calculation and development of standard base construction. Wave propagation in the sea in the presence of ice cover on the basis of the equation of Kadomtseva-Petviashvili is considered. Propagation of surface gravity waves at their excitation by three carried bottom sources is investigated. Wave suppression at their transition over an inclined site of a bottom is investigated. Interaction of surface gravity waves with sea buildings of the cylindrical form on the basis of model of a liquid of final depth is investigated. Propagation of wave packets tin a two-layer liquid with a free surface by the method of multiscale expansions is investigated. Movement of vessels on an undular wave water surface is considered. Investigation of granulometric structure of the mountain mass necessary for shaping of a guard of a coastal zone is conducted. Propagation of solitary waves in a liquid with a surface of an elastic plate is reduced. On the basis of physical modelling, experimental and natural researches recommendations about protecting of coast neighbouring immovable embarkments are made that gives economically efficient technology of reduction of abrasion of coast from washout by passing waves.
