Studied basic biological properties of isolates, and also morphological and biochemical composition of blood of patients actinomycosis of animals. The results of researches were processed by means of methods of variation statistics. Statistical treatment of the got results of researches was conducted on the computer of Athlone on the specially made program STATSF (Stepanenko I. V., 1992). It is set that a actinomycotic process mostly spreads to fabrics in area of bottom jaw - 78,6%, defeats in area of supramaxilla fold 16,4%, in area of intermaxillary space and parotic of salivary gland - 2,04% and 3,06%, accordingly. Diagnostics of actinomycosis of cattle is executed complex and clinicoepizootologycal and laboratory methods. At the study of immunobiochemical status a patient actinomycosis of cattle is educe next violations: monocytosis and lymphocytosis on a background the decline of популяций of Т- and В- of lymphocytes and sharp increase of population of О- lymphocytes, that can be examined as a height of amount of young, undifferentiated cages of "change to the left" for lymphocytes. The changes of picture of blood for patients do not have specific features actinomycotic of animals, that sharply differs from the indexes of blood at other diseases. The actinomycosis is characterized by the decline of level of haemoglobin on 1,83%, increase of amount of neutrophils on 6,79%. The amount of lymphocytes and monocytes remains within the limits of norm. Data, what were got during determination of minimal inhibitory concentration of antibacterial preparations, witnessed, that culture of Actinomyces bovis appeared highly sensitive to Enrophlox 5%, Kombi-Kell 40 and Enromic 5%. The minimum braking concentration of these preparations laid down from 12,5 the mcg/of см3 to 50 mcg/of см3, less than Oxy-Kell and Brovaseptol - 50 mcg/of см3 to 100 mcg/of см3. The least sensitiveness of culture appeared to Vetrimoxin and Chephtriaxon, the minimum braking concentration of these preparations presents - 400 mcg/of см3. In respect of chart of treatment of patients actinomycosis of animals, then the most expressed therapeutic effect at this disease is owned by Enrophlox, which was applied on a next chart by the samples of writing of medicinal preparations : - Enrophlox 5% - 1 см3 on 20 kg of living mass of body of animal; - is novocaine of 0,5% th solution in an amount - 20 см3. - is blood from the jugular vein of animal (autohemotherapy) - 50 см3.
