Purpose - to carry out genotyping of major crops based on the use of DNA markers, to develop a molecular biological test systems for identification pathogens and determine the effect of viral infections on the morphological and anatomic structure of growth and development, cytogenetic and histochemical indicators of tissue of generative organs, fruits, seeds, agricultural cultures. Methods of research - biotechnology, virology, molecular-biological, bioinformativ. In the course of research were identified and optimized parameters for PCR amplification of genomic DNA of sugar beet with help of RAPD-markers. DNA profiles of genotypes was obtained that are translated into a binary expression for creation a computer data bank of nine genotypes of sugar beet. The universal RAPD-PCR test system for DNA identification and differentiation of genotypes was developed. The PCR express analysis by using microsatellite markers (STM1106, STI42, STM3012, STM30) was developed. 66 varieties of potatoes Ukrainian and foreign selection were analyzed. The universal marker SSR-PCR test system for identification of sorts, improved by the use of multiplex in different combinations of molecular markers with appropriate temperature conditions. It was first obtained the variant of the genetic passport of hop genotypes with identification of structural features of DAN of variety, line, hybrid and was built dendrogram of phylogenetic relationships of the samples of potato. It was found that TMV and BYMV can be simultaneously transmitted by seeds and reduce the reproductive potential and function of infected plants of bean, but byoptimal conditions of culture viruses do not affect the pollination of flowers, formation of fruits and seeds. It was shown that the transport of virus in the common bean germs occurs in three ways. The nature and rate of formation of protective reactions of plants to the virus determined by a intensity of callose, cutin, suberin and lignin synthesis - the compounds that are responsible for the regulation of intercellular transport of subtances in the tissues. The ability of lignin and callose fluorescence allows to use them as markers for the diagnosticof plant resistance to viral infections, including of mixed type. Industry of the use is agriculture.5481 Product Description popup.authors
