In the course of the analysis of modern research methods of diagnostic and identification of plant viruses was optimized conditions for isolation and extraction of ribonucleic acids of plant material of basic crops. The bioinformatiс analys of nucleotide sequences of the protein genes of viral envelope of tobacco mosaic virus (TMV), tomato spotted wilt virus (TSWV), tomato ringspot virus (TRSV), alfalfa mosaic virus (AMV), cucumber mosaic virus (CMV), barley yellow dwarf virus ( BYDW), hop mosaic virus (HMV), hop latent virus (HLV), apple mosaic virus (ApMV), prunus necrotic ringspot virus (PrNRV), beet yellows virus (BYV), beet mosaic virus (BtMV). Conservative fragments of viral genomes were shown, that it can be used as a template for creation the diagnostic test systems for the identification of the virus by using PCR. The primers design was made for the diagnostic test system based on polymerase chain reaction (PCR) for virus identification. The screening viruses of main viruses of agricultural crops in Ukraine and collection of positive control of viral nucleic acids were made. The diagnostic test system, based on polymerase chain reaction (PCR), was developed for detection of the tobacco mosaic virus (TMV), tomato spotted wilt virus (TSWV), tomato ringspot virus (TRSV), alfalfa mosaic virus (AMV), cucumber mosaic virus (CMV ), barley yellow dwarf virus (BYDW), hop mosaic virus (HMV), hop latent virus (HLV), apple mosaic virus (ApMV), prunus necrotic ringspot virus (PrNRV), beet yellows virus (BYV), beet mosaic virus (BtMV) were developed. The visual diagnostic of mushrooms for virus identification and a modification and optimization of the method of diagnostic of double-stranded RNA were made. The molecular biological system of diagnostic Ralstonia Solanacearumwas made. The diagnostic of industrial and collection hop varieties for virus identification was made.
