Realization of complex three year scientific inventory researches for the estimation of representativeness and structural analysis of the protected dendrosozoflora of the Steppe of Ukraine was the purpose of this work. The systems approach was applied as scientific method for the solution of the primary purpose. First of all, it was a bibliographic search and systematization of the got information, account of information about quantitative species composition of dendrosozoflora, cartographic selection of the studied region, and account of the Nature Reserve Fund etc. From concrete scientific methods, the methods of inventory researches at the species level were used; the estimation of representativeness and the structural analysis of rarity protected dendroflora were done. Determination of corresponding indexes and classes of natural and exotic dendrosozorarities was realized according to the integral outfitosozological method by Cherjovskii-Stoiko, which was improved by the doers of the theme.
