Objective: To develop scientific methods of network technologies and knowledge base for training gifted children for research. Methods: theoretical and comparative analysis of the scientific and technical literature, methods of systems analysis, project method, experimental method and empirical sociometric, prognostic, psychodiagnostic, statistical methods. Performing content analysis of existing training programs to organize teaching gifted students, developed foreign centers of gifted education, allowed to select several different models of educational programs for gifted children, define the basic approaches and principles of developing their own programs. Based on the results of the research developed a conceptual model of creative environment training gifted children for research using network technologies, developed scientific and methodological support for its implementation.
