The tandem beam with energy range 1.8 - 7 MeV gives possibility to analyses structure of surface in depending from depth. In future the PIXE-method (proton-induced X-ray emission) will add. For improvement of analyses accuracy the minimum of beam energy was achieved. For this purpose vacuum system, sysytem of position control of beam on stripper foil have modernized. It was archived 1.8 MeV energy of beam proton with enough intensity for fundamental and applied research. There were devise a method analyses of Rutherford backscattering scattering spectrum. There were designed, make, tested and mounted on working place switching magnet for connecting two ions sources (duaplasmotron for proton and deuterons and charge-exchange source for alpha-particles) with accelerator tube.
