Main equations for description of ferroic nanoparticles flexoeffect were calculated. The research of magnetic anisotropy of transition metal impurities in semiconductors was performed. The connection between the anisotropy and the structure of the impurity surrounding was established. On the base of the developed theories the theory of magnetoelectricity in manganese doped incipient ferroelectrics with perovskite structure have been proposed. The mechanisms of magnetoelectric effect in oxide nanomaterials and the physical properties of fullerene- and wurtzite-like nanoclusters of zinc oxide induced magnetic (Co, Mn) and other impurities have been investigated.
