The research gives an overall perspective on front-line research topics in materials science on the nanometer scale and distribution of the technology of explosive treatment in new fields and new processes such as nanotechnology. Mathematical models of superdeep penetration of alloying particles into materials are developed. The opportunity of reception and synthesis of nano-materials is theoretically proved at the explosive loading and collision of counter cumulative jets. The volumetric composite materials copper-brass steel, aluminium - copper-hard alloy, layered compositions with layers of from graphite and its allotropic modifications, and also materials with nanocoatings are received. The analytical dependences allowing to forecast the decrease of different metals with the nano- and sub microcrystalline structure grain size and as a result of power-temporal factors influence in the explosive loading got. The scientifically-grounded approach for determination of the cutting rational conditions region (instrumental material, explosive loading parameters and technological environments) of the metals with a such microcrystalline structure is offered.
