Purpose of the study - the dynamics of civilizational foundations multicultural European society in the context of democratization and informational social and political processes. Purpose - research trends axiological changes in the European multicultural society, identifying axiological foundations of the state, the role of communicative factor and civil society in the process of European integration and democratization. Methods: chronological analysis and synthesis, content analysis, historical, systematic, comparative, functional, cultural, institutional, descriptive. The study clarified the causes of the crisis of European multiculturalism, definition of overcoming it, proved a key role in the communicative aspect of civil society and in the implementation of democratic values in the process of European integration, grounded axiological foundations of Ukrainian national idea. The study is based on previous collections by artists, as well as within the framework of fundamental departmental research "Historical experience of social and political modernization in these countries."
