Main hydro-mechanic parameters of pump mode for recycling hydro-machines and application features have been analyzed. There have been developed theoretical basis for control mode law over hydro-pumps performance in turbine mode. These hydro-pumps operate as hydraulic units in small HPP based on two-dimensional cubic splines of universal hydro-mechanic parameters.
