It is established that in all investigated samples after additional treatment remains the phase composition similar to the phase composition of samples before the heat treatment (practically does not change) and is represented by corundum and solid solution of the chromium oxide in the corundum, and the formed previously (prior to the tests) dense structure also remains. This ensures the high stability of the samples of all investigated compositions under the indicated conditions.Are executed petrographical studies of phase composition and structure of those fired at 1750°C of vibrocast corundum samples (on the basis of fused corundum) with the additions 5% Cr2O3, 7,5% of dispersed alumina of brands CTC -40 or CT of 3000 SG. It is established that the phase composition of the investigated models on the basis of melted corundum with the additions 5% Cr2O3, 7,5% of dispersed alumina of brands STS -40 or T of 3000 SG, as in the samples of corundum composition on the basis of the sintered corundum (tabular alumina) with the additive of Cr2O3 it is such and in essence is corundum and solid solution of the chromium oxide in the corundum, and the formation of dense structure is also established. This provides reaching the high indices of the properties of these samples. According to the results of the studies, carried out in 2011, in this work is developed a change № 1 to TИ 24-ИО-178-2009 and with the release of trial lot production in PJSC"UKRNIIO NAMED AFTER A.S. BEREZHNOY" is mastered technology, (based on the use of fused corundum of the institute production) according to TИ 24 - ИО-178-2009 with chg. №1 of vibrocast corundum with the additive Cr2O3 refractories of new brand КДХ-93 (by TУ У 26.2-00190503-320: 2010), by the previously institute of the not produced and intended for the lining of the technical carbon production reactors.Are executed comparative studies of the influence of the new plasticizing additives the Thermoplast T1, T3, T4, T5, 2CB in quantity 0,30 - 0,75% and the traditionally used additive LST (base composition) on the apparent density of that freshly formed green body and dried at 110 °C, and also to the basic properties of fired at 1580 °C of the mullite-corundum (with the content of Al2O3 of ~ 90%) samples, prepared with the semi-dry pressing method. Is established the optimum additive - 0,30% of Thermoplast T3, introduction of which ensures the indices of the properties of the samples, which do not be inferior to the analogous characteristics of the samples of base composition, containing LST, and they correspond to requirements TУ У 26.2-00190503-320: 2010 for the products of brand MK-90. In PJSC"UKRNIIO NAMED AFTER A.S.BEREZHNOY" are prepared the trial lots of: by TИ 24-ИО-168-2009 with chg. № 1 traditional brand СКБГ and low-cement brand СКБГХ-2 of corundum concrete mixture with the indices of properties, which correspond to requirements TУ У 26.2-00190503-334: 2010; by TИ 24-ИО-172-2009 of the products brand MK-90 with the indices of properties, which correspond to requirements TУ У 26.2-00190503-320: 2010. This refractory production is set to users for the internal and outside market (export in Russian Federation). Work should be continued in the direction of further perfection of the production technology of large-dimension refractories and low-cement corundum concrete with the additive of Cr2O3, and also expansion of the volumes of the application of this concrete and vibrocast fired corundum refractories with the additive of Cr2O3.
