It is established that the addition of 0,5% Thermoplast T4 provides reaching the same indices of the properties of green body and fired samples on LST. Are made the petrographical studies of structure and of phase composition of fired at a temperature 1750 °C samples (brand ЦИС-1 Т) from the fused Y2O3-stabilized ZrO2, containing LST, prepared with the method of semi-dry pressing, and samples from the fused Y2O3-stabilized ZrO2, which contain addition 0,5% Thermoplast T4.Established that the phase composition of these investigated samples similar and is represented by ~95- 97% (vol.) of ZrO2 of cubic modification, ~ 3 - 5% (vol.) of ZrO2 of monoclinic modification, by the tracks of glassy phase, and is also revealed the formation of the dense structure of these samples. Are made comparative studies of the influence of the new plasticizing additives the Thermoplast T1, T3, T4, T5, 2CB (in a quantity of 0,3 - 0,7%) and traditionally used additive LST (base composition) on the apparent density of the freshly formed and dried green body, and also on the basic properties of fired at 1750 °C of samples from the fused ZrO2, stabilized by CaO, prepared with the method of semi-dry pressing. It is established that from the investigated additives of Thermoplast the most effective is the use of additives the Thermoplast T5 and the Thermoplast 2CB, whose introduction into the composition of charges from the fused ZrO2, stabilized by CaO, they provide obtaining by the semi-dry pressing of the samples, which after firing at 1750 °C are characterized by the values of compression strength of correspond 70 and 84 MPa against 70 MPa of samples on LST. However, it is shown that according to the indices of apparent porosity and apparent density all samples, which made with the investigated additives Thermoplast, be inferior to the analogous characteristics of samples on LST. Are executed comparative studies of the influence of the additive of Castament FS 65 and mixtures of the additives of Castament FS 10 and Castament FW 10 (in relationship 1: 1) in a quantity to 0,5% and the humidity of mass to the spreadability under vibration of grainy masses from ZrO2, stabilized by CaO.Is established higher efficiency of the additive of Castament FS 65. The introduction of this additive in quantity 0,2% makes it possible to decrease the humidity of the vibrocast mass to 3,0 - 3,2% in comparison with 4,0 - 4,2% for the analogous masses, which contain the mixture of the additives of Castament FS 10 and Castament FW 10. With the use of these obtained results are prepared from ZrO2, stabilized by CaO, the vibrocast samples with the additive of Castament FS 65, which after firing at 1750 °C are characterized by the higher indices of properties in comparison with the analogous characteristics of the samples, which contain the mixture of the additives of Castament FS 10 and Castament FW 10: apparent porosity - 17,4 - 18,3%; the apparent density - 4,68 - 4,71 g/cm3; compression strength - 40 - 45 MPa, the heat resistance of 6 thermal cycles (1300°C - water) against 18,5 -19,0%; 4,62 - 4,65 g/cm3, 35 - 40 MPa, 6 thermal cycles (1300 °C- water), respectively. The prepared samples according to the properties indicated exceed requirements ТУ У 26.2-00190503-333: 2010 for the vibrocast products of the brand ЦК-1. As a result conducted investigations the manufacture technology of high refractory products made from stabilized zirconia is improved.According to the results of studies is developed the project of a change № 1 to TИ 24-ИO-189-2010. In PJSC "UKRNIIO NAMED AFTER A.S.BEREZHNOY" on TИ 24-ИO-183-2010 are prepared with the method of semy-dry pressing the trial lot of refractory products made of from fused ZrO2, stabilized by Y2O3 of brand ЦИС -1 Т and ЦИС-2 with the indices properties, which correspond to requirements TУ У 26.2-00190503-332: 2010 and the intended for the installations of cultivation single crystals; оn TИ 24-ИO-189-2010 is prepared the trial lot of vibrocast crucibles ЦК-1 from ZrO2, stabilized by CaO, which according to its properties satisfy the requirements TУ У 26.2-00190503-333: 2010 and intended for the induction melting of platinum; on TИ 24-ИO-170-2009 are prepared with the semi-dry pressing method the trial lots of refractory products brand ЦЦГ (from the fused monoclinic ZrO2); the brand ЦК (from ZrO2, stabilized by CaO) and intended for the installations of the production of especially pure quartz glass. The prepared products according to their properties correspond to requirements TУ У 26.2-00190503-333: 2010.The prepared refractory production is set to users to the internal and outside market (export to RF, the republic Belarus').Work should be continued in the direction of further perfection of the manufacture technology of high refractory products made of the stabilized zirconia, expansion of the volumes of production and application of these products.
