Methods of researches - chemical, spectral, petrographical, electron-microscopical,phase x-ray method, physical-mechanical.The researches of making use of crushed trimmings of chamottecordierite products (cordieritecontain chamotte) in grainy part of the batch for the production chamottecordierite simples and products by the method of vibrocasting were carry out. For the mass with the maximum size of grain 2 mm is possible the replacement of the part of the kaolin chamotte (brand ШК-42) of fraction 2,0-0,5 mm by the addition of the cordieritecontain chamotte of the same fraction, and for the mass with the maximum size of grain 1 mm parts of the kaolin chamotte of fraction 1,0-0,5 mm by the cordieritecontain chamotte of the same fraction without worsening of properties of simples and products was established. The possibility of together using with the addition of technical lignosulfonate and sodium tripolifosfate the addition of Castament FS-10 and Castament FW-10 was established.The researches the possibility of applying the high dispersion alumina of brand СТ 3000 SG of firm "Almatis GmbH" (Germany) for production of tubes and rods with a diameter of up to 2,5 mm from the highdensity corundum ceramics by the method of vertical extrusion were carried out. It was showed that the introduction into the batch of this alumina in place of corundum powder brand KПMO part produced by PJSC "UKRAINIAN RESEARCH INSTITUTE OF REFRECTORIES NAMED AFTER А.S. BEREGHNOY" which is using in technology of this products and bees-wax in place of paraffin part in the binder made possible to lowered by 70 °С the temperature of firing up to 1680 °С. The technology highdensity corundum ceramics by the method of vertical extrusion were carried out from thermoplastic masses with using high dispersion alumina of brand СТ 3000 SG in place of corundum powder brand KПMO part and bees-wax in place of paraffin part on trial plant was completed.According to contracts trial lots of chamottecordierite and corundum ceramics products with properties indices of products are corresponding to normative documentation were produced. Production is transmitted to customers in the financing volume.Work should be continued in the direction of the perfection the technologies of corundum, chamottecordierite and cordierite ceramics which are produced by different methods of forming.
