It is established that the introduction of the additive of the alumina of brand GK-2 in an optimum quantity makes it possible to decrease the weakening of samples after their five-fold thermocycling to ~ 1.2 times and, therefore, increase their thermal resistance without worsening in the physical-mechanical properties of samples.The researches of the influence of high-alumina cement quantity (brand VGTs-73, Gorkal-70) on the properties of heatinsulation castables on chamotte lightweight filler are carried out. The possibility of reduction in the quantity of high-alumina cement of both brand, VGTs]-73 and Gorkal-70, in this case heatinsulation castable samples on chamotte lightweight filler possess the following properties: apparent density ~ of 1.2 g/cm3, compression strength 6,3-7,4 MPa after 7 days of moist hardening, thermal conductivity less than 0.40 W/(m·K) at mean temperature of 350 °С °С, service temperature to 1200 °С, which corresponds to brand SShBT-1.3 on TU U 26.2-00190503-344:2011, and strength after heattreatment at 1000 °С by 10 % higher than in samples with an initial quantity of high-alumina cement. The technology of heatinsulation castables is reprocessed and their strength at 1000 °С is increased. The results of this executed researches do it possible to improve the output product quality.Taking into account of results previously the executed and present investigations the necessary normative documentation is developed.The trial lots of lightweight products and heatinsulation castables are released according to the agreements with the enterprises of the Ukraine. The properties of production correspond to the requirements of normative documentation and to the agreement clauses. Production is prepared and transmitted to customers in the financing volumes.Work should be continued in the direction of further perfection of the technologies of lightweight products and heatinsulation castables, expansion of application places, including in the controlled media.
