The purpose of the work is production technology improvement of high alumina ramming mixes and dry mixes; production technology mastering of ramming mullite corundum mix with periclase and brown corundum additions on boron phosphate binder. The research methods are physicochemical, petrographic, thermo-mechanical ones. The comparison researches of properties samples from ramming mullite corundum mix grade of "ММК-90" on aqueous solution of orthophosphorous acid binder with different density and samples from dry mullite corundum mix grade of "ММКБФ" on boron phosphate binder, relatively to steel grade of "15 ГС" with limited phosphorous content of 0.015 %, which is smelted at 1700°С, have been carried out. It has been determined, that decreasing of orthophosphorous acid density from 1.42 to 1.20 g/cm3 allows decreasing of Р2О5 content in the ramming mix ~ 2 times less, as well as using of boron phosphate binder - ~ 4 times less. In spite of some decreasing (~ 1.5 times less) of the strength characteristics of burnt samples, produced from ramming mix on orthophosphorous acid with decreasing density, in the investigated range of temperatures (800-1750°С), the strength of indicated samples is sufficient. It has been shown, that samples, produced with using orthophosphorous acid density of 1.42 and 1.20 g/cm3, are characterized by practically the same metal resistance: after firing at 1750°С the wear areas of samples by melted steel grade of "15 ГС" are 72 and 74 mm2 accordingly. As a result of carried out researches the production technology of new kind of product (ramming mullite corundum mix grade of "ММК-90-1" with lower Р2О5 content) has been developed. The influence of type (fused or sintered) and amount of calcium hexaluminate addition on the properties samples from dry corundum grade of "CK" and corundum spinel grade of "CKШ" mixes has been researched. It has been shown the possibility of calcium hexaluminate addition using only in the composition of dry corundum mix. It has been determined, that calcium hexaluminate addition in the mix composition grade of "CK" provides increasing resistance of samples to sour slag by ~ 35 % with strength maintain. As a result of carried out researches the production technology of new kind of product (corundum mix with calcium hexaluminate addition grade of "CKГ") has been developed.Taking into attention the results of researches, which had been carried out, in PJSC "The URIR NAMED AFTER A.S. BEREZHNOY" the production technology of ramming mullite corundum mix with periclase and brown corundum additions on boron phosphate binder grade of "ММКПHБФ" has been mastered. The indicated mix is recommended for performing the lining of induction crucible furnaces of ferrous aluminum alloys melting of "Donetsk ferroalloy plant" Co Ltd.In PJSC "The URIR NAMED AFTER A.S. BEREZHNOY" the pilot batches of mullite corundum ramming mixes, dry corundum and corundum spinel mixes, mullite corundum and mullite mortars, milling fused corundum powers, which are intended to metallurgical and machinebuilding plants of Ukraine, have been produced. The work shall be continued in the line of further improvement of production technology of high alumina ramming mixes and dry mixes. Product Description popup.authors Нікуліна Л.М. Пахомова Т.Ф.
