The purpose of the work is production technology improvement of corundum, mullite corundum and chamotte concrete mixes; production technology mastering of refractory concrete products of new types. The research methods are physicochemical, petrographic, physicomechanical, thermomechanical and ones.The influence of complex plasticizing addition with anti-frosty effect brand of "Криопласт СП15-1" on the properties of corundum, mullite corundum and chamotte concrete mixes and samples from them has been researched. It has been determined the application expediency of complex plasticizing addition brand of "Криопласт СП15-1" in the composition of corundum, mullite corundum and chamotte concretes at working in the conditions of premises, which haven't heating. It has been shown, that availability of addition brand of "Криопласт СП15-1" in the composition of abovementioned concretes, hardening at temperatures (9оС - 13оС above zero) or (2.5оС - 5.5оС below zero, provides increasing compression strength of samples, produced from investigated concretes, ~ 1.6 times more and ~ 1.3 times more, accordingly, in comparison with initial concretes without this addition. Application of the indicated addition in the refractory concretes composition allows decreasing their water requirement and increasing flowing ~ 1.2 times more, thus, finally, it shall allow improvement of service characteristics of lining, which are carried out with using the indicated concretes. Besides that, independent from hardening temperature conditions (+9 or - 6оС), the samples, produced from investigated concretes, are characterized by high thermal shock resistance (more than 20 thermal cycles 950оС - water). As a result of carried out researches the properties characteristics of refractory concretes, hardening in the conditions of premises, which haven't heating, have been improved.The production technology of refractory concrete products of new types has been mastered. Using chamotte concrete mix brand of "СШБ" the unfired burner stones of new type (external diameter 500 mm, inner diameter 300 mm and high 220 mm) for boilers grade of "КВ-ГМ" have been produced. The outward appearance and sizes of the indicated burner stones are corresponded to customer's requirements.Taking into attention the results of researches, which had been carried out (report about research work № 4.2-569-2011), in PJSC "The URIR NAMED AFTER A.S. BEREZHNOY" the production technology of chamotte concrete mix brand of "СШБГ" containing alumina cement brand of "Gorkal 40" (Poland) has been mastered. The indicated concrete mix is characterized by sufficiently high and stable properties. The properties characteristics of chamotte concrete mix containing alumina cement brand of "Gorkal 40" are: chemical composition, wt. %: Al2O3 - more than 40; CaO - 6.5-8.5; grain composition, mm - 0 - 6; compression strength after the thermal treatment at 110 (2 h) and 1350оС (5 h) - more than 25 and 30 N/mm2 accordingly. Using abovementioned concrete mix two linings of pass inductors have been produced and industrially tested at one of machinebuilding plants of Ukraine with positive results.In accordance with the existing normative documentation in PJSC "THE URIR NAMED AFTER A.S. BEREZHNOY" the pilot batches of corundum brand of "СКпл-50-94" and "СКпл-60-94", mullite corundum brand of "МКБС" and chamotte brand of "СШБ" and "СТШБ" concrete mixes and products on their basis, which are intended to customers, have been produced.The work shall be continued in the line of further improvement of production technology of concrete mixes with the content of CaO not less than 3 wt. %, including the use of different amount of hydraulic binder, as well as new type of alumina cement.
