It has been established, that use of the optimum amount of fine dispersed silica in the batch composition for silicon carbide refractories manufacture is the most efficient, taking into attention the strength properties of samples (at slightly increasing their porosity). The indicated addition allows increasing of compression strength by 10.8 %. The change to technological instruction, which regulated production of silicon carbide refractories on alumina containing binder, has been developed.Taking into attention the results of researches, which had been carried out, in PJSC "The URIR NAMED AFTER A.S. BEREZHNOY" the production technology of silicon carbide refractories on alumina containing binder with microsilica addition has been mastered. The indicated products are corresponded to technical conditions requirements.The comparison researches of dispersing additions influence (brand of "ГКЖ", Castament FS-10 jointly with FW-10 and "SioxX" jointly with "SioxX-Quick") on the flowing of silicon carbide mass and properties of vibrocasting silicon carbide refractories on silica nitride binder after firing have been carried out. It has been determined that use of the optimum amount of "SioxX" jointly with "SioxX-Quick" additions, as well as the optimum amount of "ГКЖ" and Castament FS-10 jointly with FW-10 additions, provides sufficient flowing of silicon carbide mass and properties characteristics of silicon carbide samples on silica nitride binder after firing, which are corresponded to technical requirements. It has been determined that increasing of silica oxinitride amount in the silicon carbide refractories on silica nitride binder containing "SioxX" jointly with "SioxX-Quick" additions, probably, increase of their oxidation resistance. The change to technological instruction, which regulated production of silicon carbide refractories on silica nitride binder by vibrocasting method, has been developed. The technological instruction, which regulated production of silicon carbide refractories on silica nitride binder, has been developed and elaborated.The influence of ferrosilicon addition amount on the sialon synthesis and properties of corundum refractories on sialon containing binder has been researched. It has been established, that optimum amounts of ferrosilicon addition in the composition of joint milling mix, as well as in the batch composition of refractory, promote fuller sialon forming reaction, decreasing refractory porosity and increasing its compression strength. The change to technological instruction, which regulated production of corundum refractories on sialon containing binder, has been developed.The pilot batches of silicon carbide brand of "ККГП", "ККНКП" and "ККНКВ", mullite corundum with silicon carbide addition and chamotte products, whose properties were corresponded to requirements of technical conditions, contract and Standard (ДСТУ 2345-94 (ГОСТ 1598-96)), accordingly, have been produced and intended to customers.The work shall be continued in the line of pilot samples production of silicon carbide refractories on alumina containing binder with fine dispersed silica addition, silicon carbide refractories on silica nitride binder with "SioxX" jointly with "SioxX-Quick" additions, corundum refractories on sialon containing binder with ferrosilicon addition for industrial tests in the service conditions of thermal units, as well as further improvement of production technology of the indicated refractories and expanding their application values.
