Research purpose - to improve the results of the combined treatment of patients the melanoma of skin and sarcoma of soft tissue of high degree of risk by development of new and improvement of existent methods of neoaduvant and aduvant therapy. The increase of efficiency of treatment consists of improvement of direct results of neoaduvant therapy (increase of degree of regression of tumour), increase of rezektabele of tumour, lengthening of terms of life of patients, increase of its quality. Research methods - cliniko-laboratory, radiological, statistical. An apparatus is an ultrasonic diagnostic vehicle of HDI - 3000, computer tomograph Somatom 4 Plus, magnetic-resonance tomograph Magnetom, a gammatherapeutic vehicle "Rokus". The method of aduvant treatment of patients the primary-noncommunicative melanoma of skin is promoted by rekombinant gamma-interferon, which statistically for certain increase nonrecurrence 2-years survival on 11,1 %. The method of the combined treatment of patients with melanoma of skin with metastases in regionarnykh lymphatic nodes, which foresees application of neoaduvant interferonoterapii and caused partial regression of tumors at 10 % patients. A method is improved of the combined treatment of patients with sarcoma of soft tissue of high degree of risk, which foresees neoaduvant treatment four antitumor remedies in place of three. Application of the improved method of therapy promoted nonmetastic 2-years survival of patients on 26,19 %. On the developed methods treatment is conducted 153 patients by the sarcoma of soft tissue of high degree of risk and melanoma of skin. Application domain: oncology.
