The core of the complex is the PC software created on the base of developed in Karpenko Physico-Mechanical Institute NAS of Ukraine approaches of fracture mechanics and strength of materials and also the corresponding calculation methods. Approbation of the complex was made with participation of the Department of technical diagnostic equipment of PJSC "DTEK Zakhidenergo" (Lviv) under the technical diagnostic of heat-and-power engineering pipelines with different level defectiveness.
