The restoration of valve's spindle sealing surfaces by means of arc spraying of coatings from cored wire with Cr content more than 13% has been proposed. It was shown, that high corrosion and wear resistance of sprayed coatings are provided in case of addition to mixture of cored wires ferroalloys on the base of B and Ti, which form eutectics with themselves and with steel 0.8 cover. Porous structure of such coatings has a positive influence on their tribological properties and, as result - on wear resistance.
