The aim of investigation is new methods of construction of asymptotic stability conditions and optimal control for the systems of such type and their application to applied problems. Research methods are methods of stability theory, Lyapunov functionals method, methods of optimal control and estimation. New theoretical result is the adaptation of the general method of Lyapunov functionals construction to investigation of stability of the difference stochastic systems with aftereffect and construction of the optimal control theory for the system of such type. Unsolved problems of stability for stochastic systems with aftereffect that have international science interest were submitted for publication and published in foreign science journals. Obtained results can be used for investigation of mathematical models of real systems in natural, technical and social sciences.
