Purpose: to study of direct and remote results of the combined (radial therapy + cryodestruction) treatment of patients with malignant ephithelial tumours (MET) of skin of eyelids of the stage T2-3 N 0-1 M0, to determinate the informing of clinical simptoms of MET of skin of eyelids and the expression of molecular markers P53, Bcl-2, CD95 and ИПО38 for prognostication of development of relapses for the patients with MET of skin of eyelids. To study the possibility of prognostication of cell type of uveal melanoma using the markers of the early and late activating of lymphocytes and the features of interaction of melanoma's cells and macrofags in peripheral blood of patients with eye melanoma at the different clinical course of tumour process. Methods: ophthalmological, immunological and immunohystochemical methods. Results: the developed method of the combined treatment (radiotherapy + cryodestruction) of MET of eyelids skin (stage T2-3) allows to extend the indication for treatment of such contingent of patients, to reduce the number of relapses (with stage T2- to 3,9 %, with T3 - to 5,8 %) and avoid heavy operations in 56,4 % cases. The combination of radiotherapy and cryodestruction allows to decrease the total dose of irradiation in 1,5 - 2 times comparing to alone radiotherapy. Radiocryotherapy allows to get a good functional and aesthetic result of treatment of patients with T2-3 stage MET of eyelids skin and to improve quality of their life. There was established the limit of relative level of expression Bcl-2 (>10) which allows to predict the development of relapse of MET of eyelids skin with probability 97,6 % . The presence of index Vsl-2/Sd95 > 1,0 can be estimated as a risk factor of relapse of eyelids MET and the chances of its development rise in 21,5 time. There was established the limit of relative score level of expression P53, Bcl-2, ИПО38 and index of P53/CD95 (> 76,2 %) which allows to predict the development of relapse of MET of eyelids skin with probability 97,1 % .The study of level of molecular markers expression in the early and late lymphocyte activating in peripheral blood at the different cell types of uveal melanoma has showen the different immunogene activity of cell types of uveal melanoma (spindle, mixed and epithelioid types). The reliable increase of level of markers activating of lymphocytes in peripheral blood is exposed for patients with uveal melanoma in conparision to a control group. There was established the limit of relative level of expression of molecular markers of lymphocyte activation (СД 7+, СД 25+, СД 38+, СД 45+, СД 54+, СД 95+, СД 150+) which allows to forecast the spindle and the epithelioid cell type of uveal melanoma with probability 95,0 %. There was established the limit of relative level of expression of molecular markers of lymphocyte activation СД 54+ and СД 150+ which allows to forecast the mixed cell type of uveal melanoma with probability 95,0 %.
