The purpose of scientific research is to study objective laws of financial and economic security at the micro and the macro levels of the National Economy, to create the direction and recommendations on the system of the entity financial and economic security formation and effective mechanism to ensure the stability of public finances. Methods of research: a systematic, comprehensive, situational analysis, formal and dialectical logic, financial, qualitative analysis and synthesis of the historical, statistical, evolutionary methods of research of economic systems, as well as modern economic and mathematical methods. Results summary are: o scientific-theoretical problems, the definition of financial and economic security at various levels of the national economy; o summarizing practices for financial and economic security businesses; o ensure mechanism substantiation of enterprise financial and economic security; o scientific and guidelines on the management for enterprise financial-economic security; o the components and dynamics of economic and financial factors identify, safety management at the institutional level, as well as trends in financial policy; o scientific and methodological recommendations to improve the safety of the tax based on evolutionary development management of the tax system. o directions and methodological recommendations on the stability of the national financial system.
