The object of our study is the flora and vegetation of anthropogenic ecotopes of the South-East of Ukraine. The subject matter of our study is their dynamics and the features of florogenesis. Our aim is to identify and evaluate the features of their functioning and adaptation at the modern stage of anthropogenesis, basing on the monitoring studies on model phytosystems of different types of the anthropogenically transformed floras in the South-East of Ukraine. Research methods are floral, geobotanical, comparative. The program and research methodology have been created. Model objects were determined for monitoring studies of the flora and vegetation in various types of transformed floras - 'Kamiany Mogyly' and 'Kreidyana flora' branches of the Ukrainian Steppe Nature Reserve, 'Berdyansk' forest reserve of national importance and floras of technogenic ecotopes. Vegetation of protected areas is represented by both typical 'standard' and rare plant species and communities. Floral and phytocenological lists of these areas were made. We have found the increased number of species in branches of the reserve and partial reserve compared to the inventory data obtained 15-30-years ago, indicating the instability of the flora of protected areas. The composition of the fraction of rare flora and vegetation of the studied areas was revealed. Established that protected regulations lead to a slow mezophytization of steppe communities - to forming of meadow and meadow-steppe plant communities. There is a tendency to a rapid increase in area of shrubbery and shrub steppes. Over the period of 20 years, the species richness in of dumps of Lenin mine and Kucherov mine decreased from 78 to 66 species and 40 to 36 species, respectively, and that in the mine dumps of '6-14' has increased from 43 to 64 species. The dump of '6-14' mine is characterized by the greatest similarity in species composition of its vegetation original and current state (28.9% by the Jaccard coefficient and 46.7% by the Kulchynsky coefficient), due to the succession dynamics of dump vegetation, climate change, structural heterogeneity of dumps. The changes have been noted in heterozygosity levels in three age groups of plants in Pinus sylvestris L. var. cretacea Kalenicz. ex Kom. population of 'Cretaceous flora' reserve. It was the highest in a small sample of old trees (Ho = 0.219), while in the young and middle-aged plants the value of this index were lower and very close (Ho = 0.174 and 0.181, respectively).
