Objective: To improve the methods of obtaining of pigs embryos in vitro for obtaining the inner cell mass of embryos; to investigate the suitability of gelatin biomatrix of different concentrations for immobilization of mesenchymal stem cells in rats and dogs, to explore the effect of immobilized allogeneic mesenchymal stem cells and embryonic fibroblasts on the course of reparative processes in the healing of skin's wound defects in rats; to examine of indicators of immune compatibility of transplanted allogeneic and xenogeneic mesenchymal stem cells and allogeneic fibroblasts in animals-recipient; to conduct the directed differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells into osteogenic and chondrogenic directions; to investigate the functional phenotype characteristics of uncommited mesenchymal stem cells of different species during cultivation in vitro; to study the ability of uncommited mesenchymal stem cells of rats, rabbits and dogs through expression of different functional molecules to acquire the specific functional phenotype under appropriate conditions.
